Preview 2025 – EcoSONIC – Innovative washing, rinsing and drying!
All ECOSONIC ECS systems offered by Rollwasch® can work on component loads combined with special QF finishing vector «media» that allows a three-dimensional movement inside the work tank.
The use of QF «media» is particularly useful in all cases where the components are particularly delicate or cannot be processed in «piece against piece» mode.
EcoSONIC systems can operate automatic processes of:
WASHING
RINSING
DRYING
In addition to these “basic” processes, on the larger models, surface preparation and pre-washing processes can also be carried out, with separate discharge of the generated waste water, so as to ensure a longer life for the liquids in the heated washing and rinsing tanks.
Thanks to a carefully designed software, automatic washing processes can be performed using previously programmed recipes, based on specific needs – the manageable parameters are therefore, for each phase (optional «-D» drying): ultrasonic frequencies, tank vibration frequencies, A/R tank vibration direction, time modes (Stop & Go or continuous), times / intervals, temperatures, and more.
