Preview 2025 – Wastewater filtration with automatic sludge removal ARW-S
Here’s what it’s all about:
Rollwasch® has developed the innovative automatic cleaning process of centrifuged sludge, in its RFC machines, called ARW-S, acronym for Automatic Roto Wash – Steam (Patented).
Thanks to the synergy between dry saturated steam and water (filtered and recycled in a closed circuit) pumped at pressures between 150 and 250 bar through a special «blade» nozzle, the sludge accumulated every «X» minutes of centrifugal filtration process is removed quickly and completely, then transferred to a special collection big-bag.
This type of systems ensures up to 5 vibrofinishing or tumbling units are served, allowing significant reductions in annual water consumption, containment of the consumption of liquid finishing compounds and the programming of operating recipes that can be adapted to the various production scenarios that occur during the production year.
All systems can operate with coagulants or flocculants with automatic dosing, have automatic replenishment of concentration of finishing compounds, can use the automatic periodic replacement function of wastewater with automatic replenishment and provide for powering only the operational finishing units, thanks to a communication cable that communicates the on/off status of each machine.
This type of system can operate 24/7 without problems, ensuring maximum efficiency and a rapid return on investment.
