Here’s what it’s about: a series of vibratory finishing machines specifically designed for the watch and micromechanics industry.
Superminor SMR TOP is a series of Rollwasch® circular vibration machines for mass surface treatment, characterized by three models with capacities from 25 to 120 liters. Each Superminor SMR TOP machine is distinguished by its ‘omega’ shaped tank as well as the practicality of its modern and functional design, allowing the machine to be configured as an independent unit, prepared for manual operations of delicate parts extraction.
For the separation of media/pieces, the optional accessory UNID-MICRO-TCS can be provided. The machines in the Superminor SMR TOP series feature a quick-opening door for the complete discharge of the contents, which facilitates users who prefer the configuration of the machine combined with the optional accessory UNID-MICRO-TC, as the transfer of the mass between the working tank and the vibratory screener can occur directly. The body of the working tank is normally made of abrasive and oil-resistant polyurethane, and the same elastomer is used for the upper part and the base.
The shape of the upper part of the working tank allows the machine to be configured with a cover called INOX-LID-TOP, which provides decent acoustic insulation and serves as a splash guard or dust cover, depending on the type of process performed with the machine (with or without water).
The machine can be configured for waterless treatments with a cap instead of the drain filter and without a valve, or for water treatments, with the drain filter, corresponding valve, water supply line into the tank, and corresponding valve.
Thanks to the two large drains located at the upper end of the tank, the Superminor SMR TOP series can finally perform the antigravitational rinsing, discharging by «overflow», with the aid of the optional accessory CLOCHE – a special polyurethane bell designed to fit over the central mushroom, on top of which a special shower with a quick connection is provided, to allow the best possible rinsing.
Unlike the standards currently available on the market, with tanks made of polyamide, the Superminor TOP series from Rollwasch® is equipped with abrasion-resistant polyurethane tanks that provide significantly greater durability than PA and ideal resilience to ensure very efficient processes.
