QUATTROFINISH is a range of Special Media covered by an international Patent, that identifies mainly as “elastic” media, suitable for wet and dry vibratory finishing. The dry applications have been increasingly successful in the recent 5 ÷ 8 years.
QUATTROFINISH Special Media are produced by injection moulding with a specific engineered technology that allows the final media not to over cross the consumption of 0,5%÷1% max in 24 hours (against an average of 10%÷15% of the classic plastic/ceramic media) – they have been gradually known on the European Market as a solution to solve special applications, like:
- VibroDRY* finishing process, together with special abrasive powders – thanks to their «elastic» body, they follow the surface like NO-ONE kind of finishing media in the world, with extremely good results.
- VibroBLAST AIR* (and derivate technologies) – with successful apps in the Additive manufacturing, like medical, dental, automotive, aerospace, etc.
- STEAM-DYEING* – with successful apps in the Additive manufacturing
- MICRO-FLUID* finishing technologies – with successful apps both in the industrial or in the Additive manufacturing
QuattroFINISH is a range of very special media, designed and developed with special finishing processes, also to assure the compliance with the ATEX norms (EXPLOSION RISK in case of Al – Ti – Mg) – using the correct kind of machines and abrasive chemical compounds.
