The Superminor Vibrodry series is an example of the best-selling series of machines designed to carry out « dry » processes, in total absence of water.
The VibroDRY process is the result of the synergy between:
- The machine designed and built in the dedicated dry version “VibroDRY”
- The special “elastic” media of the QUATTROFINISH series
- A powdered abrasive additive
Obviously your metallic components, or those made of other materials (polymers, composites, wood, etc.)
The Superminor Vibrodry series can be configured in various setups, resulting from the best compromise between operational needs and budget.
The main differences between the possible Superminor Vibrodry configurations are related to whether the machine is the SMR or SM3 version of the Superminor. In the SM3 configuration, it is possible to have two filters instead of one, allowing a more precise and effective extraction of the particulate generated during the process. The choice, of course, depends on a considerable number of factors such as: the type of media, the type of abrasive used, the type of material being processed, the presence or absence of inertizing or absorbent additives, etc.
A minor difference is attributable to the type of ELECTRICAL CONTROL PANEL, whose human-machine interface, in the MP version, relies on a panel of about 4.5″ with a semi-graphic display and function keys; in the TCS version (acronym for Touch Screen), the human-machine interface is provided by a color touch screen panel of about 4.5″.
