Super VibroBLAST S-VBA-DP is a revolutionary hybrid technology between Blasting and Vibratory finishing where:
- A vibratory finishing bowl, filled with SPECIAL ELASTIC MEDIA (called QF), responsible to rotate three dimensionally the workpieces in a continuous spiral loop clockwise, so that they are exposed to a couple of blasting nozzles and to the kinetic action of the blasting media;
- A powerful blasting cyclone, working with compressed air up to 8 Bar, connected to two blasting guns, working in de-pressure (Venturi) mode, is blasting the mass composed of workpieces and special elastic media moving inside the vibratory finishing bowl;
- On the bottom of the vibratory finishing bowl there are three outlet filters, to release the blasting media that is going to be aspirated back to the cyclone;
- The cyclone works in strict cooperation with a powerful suction filter (Atex Internal zone 20) – the recycled blasting media can be then re-used, whilst the too fine particles of dust are removed inside the cyclone from the suction filter;
- The working cycle (i.e.: total time of 40’ minutes) is blasting for 35’ minutes and only blowing compressed air (no blasting) for the final 5’ minutes – therefore the workpieces, when discharged, are as clean as possible!
