The Acti Sync Tech project (patented) is based on the ‚Open Project‘ philosophy. This design philosophy consists of having a specific set of elements, or modular components, which are combined with one or more pre-configured settings, in order to develop layouts with the characteristics that best suit the process needs of the end customer.
One of the main modular components of the Acti Sync Tech project is the PIONEER series of machines, which, with various models of rectangular vibrators available, allows for projects that handle a significant series of suitable components, such as: turbine blades, vanes that can be quite long, flat and round spindles, components with linear development that require accuracy and precision in the PMRF process (specifically, an acronym for ‚Precision Material Removal Finishing‘).
The main PIONEER machines with a rectangular basin involved in the Acti Sync Tech projects are available in various sizes and are suitable even for particularly long components.
WHAT ARE THE OPERATING PRINCIPLES of the Acti Sync Tech project (patented):
Each vibrating machine with a rectangular tank is equipped with the Acti Lift device which, thanks to two pneumatic arms, allows the reception of the component to be treated, at a raised point outside the mass of media contained in the tank; A robot picks up one piece at a time from the loading device (e.g., a conveyor belt or an AGV cart), and then loads it onto the Acti Lift device, equipped with appropriate positioning areas shaped according to the type of pieces and their geometry; Here, where required, the Acti Sync technology (patented) can intervene to hold the free piece before the Acti Lift device gradually lowers it into the media mass present in the vibrating tank; Otherwise, the Acti Lift device blocks the frame to allow it to descend; At the end of the finishing cycle of the piece, the dynamics with which the loading occurred is repeated in reverse to perform the unloading, all in total automation.
