Rollkemik MEL-100-N11Z – perfect for RECYCLING grinding
Rollkemik is the identifying name of a wide range of chemical compounds for surface treatment. In this specific case, the final extension „Z“ stands for „Zentrifuge“ and confirms its suitability for processes whose wastewater is intended for closed-cycle centrifuge filtration.
The Rollkemik range of chemical compounds is available in various types, namely liquid, powder, paste, emulsion, cream, and gel. Among the liquid compounds, MEL-100-N11Z is a grinding agent that has proven to be particularly efficient in vibro-finishing, turbo-finishing, and tumbling processes, combined with closed-cycle centrifuge filtration.

It should be emphasized that with centrifugal filtration, the dosing can also be intentionally higher, since the compound is recirculated for ’n‘ cycles. Since the law requires biodegradability greater than 90% for liquid chemical compounds, their long-term recirculation generates biodegradation that, especially in warm seasons, can lead to unpleasant odors – for this reason, formulation Z, based on antibacterial additives, compensates for this aspect by promoting long-lasting effects and preventing bad odors.
