Rollwasch primarily supports two families of PLCs, namely:
- DELTA – we started mounting the first Delta PLCs, inverters, and microprocessors in 2000 with maximum satisfaction from our customers worldwide and a wide compatibility with the most demanding needs (Industry 4.0, plants with WIFI and remote assistance, etc.)
- SIEMENS – at the request of our customers, we have installed Siemens PLCs with which we are in full sync – a choice that is almost always necessary in systems that interact with robotic systems.
Alarm and Event Management
We usually configure specific alarms for different situations, facilitating problem diagnosis and maintenance.
Event logging: in some cases, we plan to log historical events – useful for data analysis and process optimization.
