The Carving Finishing technology consists of controlling, through an electronic device and special linear actuators, the inclination of the entire rotating head group of the drag finishing unit (better known as ‘drag finishing’), in combination with a static or rotating tank that develops centrifugal force, depending on the type of application.
The new generation of Carving Finish Rollwasch® machines is particularly focused on ergonomics, safety, and operational quietness, as well as precise design.
Among the various functions offered by the Carving Finish, it is possible to program a sequence of tilts between defined angles.This function is called SLALOM and provides the pieces undergoing finishing with continuous angle change exposure, perfect for many difficult geometries.
