In this context, some products, for reasons related to patents or specific partnerships, are marketed only for additive manufacturing and, therefore, exclusively under the brand of the IntegrAM network.
This does not detract Rollwasch in its important role in conducting pre-sales tests, manufacturing machinery and offering its after-sales service.
In the case of our steam dyeing systems for polymers, here is a brief presentation as “IntegrAM” (TechnoSURFACE patent) of the “STEAM DYEING” Technology:
All SurfPRO MS-SD (Multi STEP – Steam Dyeing) systems offered by IntegrAM can work with plastic component charges combined with special QF finishing vector “media” that allow a three-dimensional movement inside the work tank.
The use of QF media ensures homogeneously distributed colors and an “elastic” anti-shock action for the components to be dyed.
Thanks to the combination of steam and a new line of dyeing pigments made by DCL (Dyeing Colour Lab), the Steam-Dyeing process (Techno Surface patent) makes it possible to drastically reduce the amount of color used. 10 to 20 times less than with classic immersion processes.
