Preview 2025 – ELyTECH Electrochemical Finishing Technology !
ELyTECH is an acronym for «Electro-Lyte Technology», the liquid chemical environment in which an electrochemical process can be developed, such as e.g. electrochemical polishing: electric current and electrolyte applied to a surface of a specific material (metal, metal alloy) with a suitable preparation.
The outcome of an electrochemical polishing process depends on these apparently simple variables.
The Hardware component, the system, does the rest.
ROLLWASCH® is writing a historic passage in this field, precisely by dedicating itself with particular intuitions and creative spirit to an alternative hardware to what is currently available on the market.
In fact, 2025, thanks to the collaboration with technological companies that have always been present in the national galvanic fabric, ROLLWASCH® has started an important R&D program. On this basis Rollwasch is able to address issues on metal alloys that are crucial for strategic sectors such as medical, aerospace, additive manufacturing and an important series of strategic and high added value sectors. At this stage its premature to anticipate.
The expected results are based on at least three strong points such as :
- Extending the electrochemical process to as many metal alloys as possible, as long as every aspect of the processes takes place in complete safety;
- Offering an innovative process, especially for the hardware aspect and for the way in which the process can be conducted, that is, prioritizing safety first and ensuring the performance (times and quantities that can be produced) of the utmost respect;
- Safeguarding the environmental aspect by offering a complete 360-degree solution that also deals with environmental issues;
We are obviously open to tests and demonstrations!
