The VibroBLAST Air [DP] DCK line of machines is designed to ensure a wide MULTITASKING process suitable for POST-PROCESS Selective Laser Sintering machines after SLS or MJF.
Starting from an SLS or MJF cake before the de-structuring or de-caking operation, normally performed by hand and followed by manual or barrel blasting, the new range of VibroBLAST Air [DP] DCK machines can automatically provide:
- De-structuring of the build, or de-caking
- Additive powder recovery and automatic vibro-screening
with possible ultrasonic option, for top efficiency - Successive vibro-sandblasting of sintered components
- If necessary, further sanding of the components
