IWT Tunnel Washing Systems

The term “IWT” is the acronym of “Industrial Washing Technology” where the “Tunnel Washing Systems” are identified by the combination of a throughfeed transport belt, moving towards a tunnel in which can happen:

  • Washing of parts
  • Washing followed by Rinsing of parts
  • Washing followed by Rinsing, then Hot air blowing of parts

The exposure of the parts, held by the transport belt, to several sprayed volumes of water+detergents (degreasing, and similar), from top, bottom, side, is generally defined for each model of machine or application needed.

  • Washing of parts
  • Washing followed by Rinsing of parts
  • Washing followed by Rinsing, then Hot air blowing of parts

The exposure of the parts, moved by the throughfeed Archimedean screw rotating at variable speeds, to several sprayed volumes of water+detergents (degreasing, and similar), from top, bottom, side, is generally defined for each model of machine or application needed.

Ultrasonic Washing Systems

The term “IWT” is the acronym of “Industrial Washing Technology” where the “Ultrasonic Washing Systems” are identified by the combination of ULTRASONIC technology (single, dual or Multi frequency), applied to washing and rinsing heated tanks, in which an automatic system is submerging basket with parts to be cleaned, then dried.

Our Ultrasonic Washing Systems are providing Multifrequency management at 20-135 kHz!

One example of washing cycle:

  • Washing of parts in tank 1 (as example: first action 50 kHz, second action 80 kHz)
  • Rinsing of parts in tank 2 (as example: at 120 kHz)
  • Rinsing of parts in tank 3
  • Drying in tank 3
