Each service is carried out with great professionalism and in a reasonably short time, in order to ensure the right answers at the right time. QQ TEST

Test to identify the Quality/Quantity parameters (TIMES, VOLUMES, TYPE OF MACHINE, TYPE OF MEDIA, ADDITIVES)

Ultrasonic cleaning tests, to simulate phases, parameters and cleaning additives

Vapor dyeing test for polymers and composites – with or without surface preparation

LUBRO-COAT

Lubrication test for elastomers and/or for aluminum pellets intended for extrusion and related (e.g. cans) – with or without surface preparation

ROTO-PAINT

Qualitative and quantitative simulation of mass painting of high-tech roto-barrel small parts

GSC Green Super Coat

Rilsan© coating service with GSC (a polyamide of vegetable origin) of metals, with excellent protective characteristics.

PILOT PRODUCTION

Qualitative-quantitative simulation of a production of “n” lots, before buying the system

PRE-DELIVERY

Experience of using a system in order, before its delivery, including the creation of recipes.

COATING

Resurfacing of the anti-abrasive coating (e.g. PU) of tanks following normal wear and tear

RECONDITIONING

Refurbishment of a used machine, updating of the safety devices and the electrical system

REPAIR

Repair of engines, kinematics, hatches, filters, valves, etc. – carried out at our Rollwasch factory
