Rollwasch^®’s programme of rotating disc barrelling machines, most commonly called “turbo”, is complete and includes models from 8 up to 350 litres of nominal capacity. This machines series, originally called “Rollturbo” and more recently named “RDF” (Rollwasch Disc Finishing), is composed of three categories of machines, respectively: The basic RDF series, called BS (Basic Standard) and SBS (Super Basic Standard), suitable for laboratory purpose and available both in standing and table version. The Top Class RDF series, for industrial use, includes machines equipped with several presetting and mechanical workings convenient for installing accessories and devices targeted towards a good automation level and system complexity. The RDF DCSG (Duo Charge Super Gliss) series, for industrial purpose, is suitable for high production standards and automation levels, with double charge and completely automatic running.
